The Bright Star Qualified Staff

Qualified Homecare Staff

Rest assured that every person who works with BrightStar meets the highest standards. We thoroughly screen everyone who works with us, from personal care attendants to certified nurse aides. BrightStar conducts comprehensive background checks and drug screens for each person. Additionally, each person is interviewed in person and we check at least two references. BrightStar caregivers are bonded and have workers' compensation coverage.

When attempting to find homecare for a loved one, many families miss some of the details because they are typically overwhelmed. We can help families through this process.

Our experienced staff includes Certified Nurse Aides (CNA), home health aides, companions, and live-in personal care attendants who are English-speaking, well groomed, and professional. They are available when you need them: daily, weekly, full-time, part-time. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any and all senior, child, or newborn care.

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are qualified to administer medications and perform certain medical procedures are available on an as-needed basis and around the clock.

As each caregiving situation is unique, the personality of each caregiver needs to be matched with each client. If at any time the client feels uncomfortable with their caregiver, we will happily make a change. Our clients' needs always come first.
